As president of the company Mr. Borrego is responsible for all aspects of the company, he provides leadership to all levels of management including finances, operations & supervising employees. Lauro has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry.

Sylvia B. Leister
Finance Administrador:
Sylvia oversees all financial aspects of the company, from accounts payable, accounts receivables, and administrates all contracts. With a bachelors degree from California State University San Bernardino, and her 15 years of experience within the company she is knowledgeable in all aspects of the business and has been instrumental in the success of the company.

Rosa Maria Borrego
Office Administrador
With a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Irvine, and currently completing a Masters Program at National University, she has brought to the company 5 years of office experience, and 4 years of experience in the education system. Rosa oversees all matters within the company, from human resources, scheduling, licensing, customer service and all other office dynamics.

Julio Cesar Borrego
Operations Manager
Julio is the support for each member of the staff, from the CEO to the office staff, he often acts on behalf of the CEO, and is trained to conduct such duties at any given moment. During his time with the company he has become familiar with all aspects of the company, and is continuing his education each day. With two A.A. degrees from Westwood College of Technology & Mt. San Antonio College, he is still looking to pursue his education as well as his role within the company.
